Proofling is built around consent-first proof.
Customers reply privately and choose what can be public. A published proof card should only show fields the customer allowed you to show.
Proofling's honest proof rules:
do not publish a quote without consent
do not publish identity fields without consent
do not label someone as a paying customer unless that is true
do not edit quotes in a misleading way
do not use sample/demo data as customer proof
The approval step exists so you can protect trust before anything reaches the wall.
If you are unsure whether you have the right to contact a person or publish a quote, get permission first or ask a qualified advisor. Proofling support can explain how the product works, but it cannot give legal advice.
