Proofling sends testimonial requests by email. To protect recipients and sender reputation, risky sending can be paused or skipped.
Sending may be affected by:
invalid recipient addresses
hard bounces
spam complaints
unsubscribed recipients
stale or unrelated lists
workspace sending restrictions
email infrastructure checks
Use customer lists with a real relationship to your product. Do not upload purchased, scraped, stale, or unrelated lists.
If sending is paused, check the in-app warning first. If you need help, contact support and include:
workspace name
campaign or proof wall name
what you expected to send
any warning shown in the app
Proofling may keep risky sending paused until the issue is reviewed.
