You are responsible for making sure you have a lawful basis to upload customer contacts and send testimonial requests.
Proofling uses customer contact data to:
send testimonial asks and follow-ups
generate response and opt-out links
record sending state
connect replies to the right campaign
maintain suppression and unsubscribe behavior
Published proof walls and testimonial share pages are public. Private responses remain private unless you approve consented proof for publication.
For privacy requests, contact support and include the email address involved. For customer recipient data, Proofling may direct the request to the business that controls the campaign.
