If emails are not going out, check:
customers were added to the campaign
each customer has a valid email address
the campaign email settings are complete
sending is not paused
the customer was not already sent an ask
the recipient is not suppressed or unsubscribed
If customers are not replying, check:
the ask is short and specific
the product name is recognizable
the sender name is a real person
the reply-to email is correct
you asked people who recently used or paid for the product
Proofling can automate the ask and follow-up, but it cannot guarantee a reply or a positive testimonial.
If you contact support, include the workspace, proof wall, campaign, and what you expected to happen.
