After customers are added, open the campaign's Email page.
Before sending:
check the sender name
check the reply-to email
review the ask message
review the follow-up message
confirm that the customer list is appropriate
Proofling sends one initial ask. If follow-up is enabled and the customer does not reply, Proofling sends one follow-up.
The ask is private. Customers can leave feedback and choose what, if anything, may be used publicly.
If sending is paused or unavailable, check for app warnings and contact support if you are unsure what blocked the send.
