Stripe automation lets Proofling ask future paid customers automatically.
Use pasted customers when you want testimonials this week. Use Stripe automation when you want the workflow to keep running for new paying customers.
To connect Stripe:
Open the campaign's Email page.
Find Stripe automation.
Create a restricted Stripe API key with the read permissions shown in the app.
Paste the restricted key.
Click Connect Stripe.
Select the Stripe price that should trigger asks.
Choose the delay.
Save the automation rule.
Important behavior:
automation only watches future events after connection
old buyers are not backfilled
existing manual customers are skipped and not resent
payments with no positive amount are ignored
you can disconnect or reconnect Stripe from the same panel
Use a restricted key, not a full secret key.
