Responses stay private until you approve them.
Open Responses from a campaign or proof wall to review replies. A response can include:
the customer's raw note
consent choices
name, company, role, or link fields when provided
an approved quote field you can edit for clarity
publish status
You can publish only when the customer consented to public quote use and the quote is not empty.
Keep edits honest. You can trim or clean up wording, but do not change the meaning, invent claims, or imply a stronger endorsement than the customer gave.
If a response is private, negative, unclear, or not consented, keep it private or ignore it.
